is a 4-session series designed to help you step out of doing and into being
Each gathering blends breathwork, biofield tuning, sound, and slow movement to help your body soften, your mind quiet, and your nervous system rest.
You can choose what's right for you - one session, some, or all four.

Each session stands on its own, while together they create a deeper journey of rest and renewal.

Through her work as a Transformation Coach, and Sound Practitioner, and Yoga Instructor, Angie empowers you to release the shackles of “shoulds” and shame so you can unleash the power of your authentic self and LOVE your life.

She holds several certifications including Thrive Global Coach, Tiny Habits Coach, Yoga Instructor 200 RYT, Emotion Code Practitioner, Reiki II Practitioner, Sound, and Group Fitness Instructor.
Outside of coaching, she is the mom to three, loves time outdoors, and is mildly obsessed with true crime and cults. You’ll soon recognize her quick smile, infectious enthusiasm, and occasional laughing snort.

Rachel is an Acupuncturist, Biofield Tuning Practitioner & co-owner of Will Heal Farm, where she grows medicinal plants for health and body care rooted in nature’s intelligence.
Shel has studied nutrition, cooking, and herbal medicine from AAAOM in Roseville MN & School of Evolutionary Medicine.
Many years of life experience have led her to integrate her holistic knowledge into her daily life, where she also practices Qigong, Yoga, Meditation, Dance, Visual Arts, Walking, and the practice of healing sound.
In individual and group sessions, Rachel uses the Biofield Tuning Protocols to create alchemy. Just like the lotus, we are in a process of growing up out of the muck in a personal and collective process.
She is a 3/5 sacral generator in human design, which means she has a thirst to travel!
